This piece is the result of a close collaboration Maribel Suárez Alonso (bassoon) y Miguel Ángel Cuevas (percussion), to whom it is dedicated. Maribel and Miguel premiered the first version of the piece at the Conservatorio de las Rosas in Morelia in 2010 and the final version at the Resonante Festival in Mexicali in 2011.
